Repair a Concrete Foundation

I have a 1906 home and the foundation was cracked and crooked from past *bad repairs*. Uriel and his crew exceeded my expectations. That is something I have never said about a contractor. Always on time; fair price; honest, exceptionally clean, solid workmanship and willing to tackle other obstacles that come up. Chey Plastering and Stucco specializes in concrete and plastering work, but they also installed (2) doors and fixed a drainage area (separate projects). In my case, they were all related and I didnt have to find another pro to address those additional concerns.

Repair Plaster

Uriel was extremely professional and responsive. I had what to non-specialists would be a challenging lath and plaster repair and a full dormer window stucco and flashing installation. Uriel and his guys were done on budget and ahead of schedule. The little details were done well, too--paint was matched perfectly on the exterior repair and on my interior repair the company matched the style of plaster across a few different prior repairs. Excellent work!

Repair Plaster

Highly professional! My 1921 lath and plaster walls had some cracks and bulges. The team repaired them so well and matched the paint so perfectly, that one cannot tell what was and what was not repaired! EXTREMELY pleased with the work that was completed. All manner of care was taken to protect the furniture and other adjacent areas from dust and damage. One cannot go wrong with Chey Plastering!!!!!
